ABOUT ME

I am a therapist/life coach. This platform is where you could connect with me and talk about complexities in your day to day life or decisions that you have trouble with. My job will be to help you navigate the smallest details and hurdles and come out in a better space. I will create a safe space for you and your loved ones and find meaning to things that might seem mundane or stressful. There is no scope of judgement here but only a way forward.

EXPERIENCE

My experience consists of more than a decade in Content and Marketing. I have worked with numerous teams and collaborated on 100+ projects. This created opportunities for me to meet people from different walks of life and listen to different perspectives. I have taught English Literature and pursued a Masters in Psychology. My experience and academics allow me to ideate and create a space of secure and logical reasoning. I am here to offer exactly that to you.
